To safeguard your intellectual property and business interests, we offer the option to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Non-Compete Agreements (NNNs) with factories upon your request, providing an extra layer of confidentiality and protection throughout the sourcing process. Step 3
Pricing and Quotation Procedure
We actively source and compare quotations from a wide range of factories, meticulously evaluating each one to align with your specific requirements and business objectives. Our team conducts an in-depth analysis of the top proposals, ensuring that every supplier meets our rigorous standards for compliance, company credentials, product quality, and their ability to understand and deliver on your product specifications. After this thorough vetting process, we shortlist the 2-3 most qualified suppliers, setting the stage for the sample ordering phase to ensure product accuracy and quality. To further safeguard your supply chain, we recommend keeping a backup factory in place to manage fluctuations in demand and reduce dependency on a single supplier. This approach ensures flexibility, reliability, and continuity in your sourcing strategy, while optimizing cost and product quality.
Step 4
Request Tailored Product Sample
Product samples play a crucial role in selecting the ideal suppliers and setting clear quality benchmarks for mass production. We handle the entire sample ordering process on your behalf, ensuring that each sample is produced precisely according to your specifications. This agreement ensures that every detail—product specifications, packaging, negotiated pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and contract conditions—is clearly outlined, understood, and signed by the supplier, providing you with an added layer of protection against unforeseen issues.Throughout mass production, we closely monitor the process, keeping you informed every step of the way. At the conclusion of production, we recommend conducting a final quality inspection to verify that the goods meet your expectations before shipping them to you or directly to your buyers. Additionally, in-production quality checks can be arranged as needed, with your project manager advising on the best approach for your product.
